T MAX 560 2020-UP Cylinder Head Machining Service + Oversized Valves

We offer a complete and professional machining service for the T MAX 560 cylinder head 2020-up, including:

• Valve seat machining
• Custom pre-porting
• Port adaptation for oversized throttle bodies
• Supply of our CS Moto oversized valves

Available configurations:

1. Valve seat machining + pre-porting (just below the seat) –
   Ready to be custom-ported by your tuner/preparer, who can make their own version of the intake port.
2. Valve seat + porting for the original throttle body modified to 36 mm –
   Optimized for our setup using the OEM throttle body bored to 36 mm.
3. Valve seat + porting for CS Moto 38 mm throttle body (coming soon)
4. Valve seat + porting for CS Moto 42 mm throttle body (coming soon)

How it works:

• You can send us your original head, which must be completely disassembled: no valves, springs, retainers, rocker arms, etc. Only the bare head.
• Alternatively, we can supply a brand new complete head, ready to install.
